Jonathan Pink receive
om UCLA’s School of Film and Television (1988), and was an award winning screenwriter before becoming a nationally-recognized, intellectual property and business lawyer. He previously chaired the Entertsinment, Internet and New Media Team at Bryan Cave, LLP and is now a partner in the Entertainment and Intellectual Property Group at Lewis Brisbois, LLP where his practice focuses on intellectual property and commercial mitigation, including arts and entertainment related matters. His clients include globally recognized media corporations, music publishers, Internet companies, visual and performing artists, writers, directors, motion picture producers and a broad spectrum of content creators. He led the defense of one of the biggest bands in the history of pop music, and has represented some of the biggest names in Rock and Roll. He served as lead defense counsel in a seminal case that declared as unconstitutional Section 511 of the Copyright Act. Jonathan has been named by the publishers of Los Angeles Magazine a “Southern California Super Lawyer” every year since 2002, and is resident in Bryan Cave’s Los Angeles and Irvine (Orange County) offices.
